Through various software programs available today, anyone can analyze and improve the user experience on their website. These programs allow businesses to see what areas of their website are most (and least) popular, where visitors are running into usability issues, and more. Through these insights, businesses can work to fix any problems and make the user experience better.
The software will record a maximum of 20 active web pages through video and heatmaps in order to provide user experience feedback.
